Our client is a global IT software firm listed on the FTSE 100 into Accounting and Business management software (CRM, EPR, HRM), targeting Small and Mid-sized companies.
- Responsible for Direct/ Indirect & Partners and New Customer Acquisition
- Prospecting, qualifying and closing new clients and intermediaries within the Small and Medium companies.
- He / she will penetrate and develop major accounts and new prospects, perform sales presentations to prospects, negotiate contacts, and close new business deals, working closely with the pre-sales technical support team and perform assessments to determine customer requirements.
- Ensures both growth of new business partners (recruitment) and growth of revenue from existing business partners (business development), managing the local execution of the Global Partner Programme framework.
- Overseeing Direct Telesales, Sales Academy and Telemarketing team
- Drive internal sales structure and back-office ensuring operational needs are met and the sale organisation is scalable in keeping with the company’s overall strategic objectives
- Should have at least 15 years’ experience selling complex enterprise software solutions in a quota carrying role, of which 8 years in a sales leadership role.
- Strong Solution Sales experience at the Small and Medium sized companies.
- Experience selling direct to Customers and through the channel and should have worked in a matrix environment as an effective product specialist in a large company.
- Able to lead, manage and integrate a successful Operation within the framework of the organization.
