Our client is a leading Technology Software solution provider currently, they are looking for :
- Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and closing new clients and intermediaries within the Small and Medium companies.
- He/she will penetrate and develop major accounts and new prospects, perform sales presentations to prospects, negotiate contacts, and close new business deals, working closely with the pre-sales technical support team and perform assessments to determine customer requirements.
- This is a direct sales, quota carrying solution-selling role that requires forecasting, client demonstrations, account planning as well as pipeline management and reporting.
- Develop and drive country specific sales strategies ensuring all local market requirements are met and exceeded.
- Drive internal sales structure and back-office ensuring operational needs are met and the sale organisation is scalable in keeping with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
- Should have at least 15 years’ experience selling complex enterprise software solutions in a quota carrying role, of which 8 years in a sales leadership role.
- Strong Solution Sales experience at the Small and Medium sized companies.
- Experience selling direct to Customers and through the channel and should have worked in a matrix environment as an effective product specialist in a large company.
- Able to lead, manage and integrate a successful Operation within the framework of the organization.
