Human Resource Manager (Hybrid)

Our client is a new start-up firm with 20 staff based close to the CBD /downtwon areas.

About the job

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the full spectrum of day-to-day people operational activities of an employee’s lifecycle, and this includes driving HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.

Being a small set up, the HR’s position is stand alone without staff.

Your main role and responsibilities :

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, employee welfare, training and development
  • Manage the implementation, review and administration of compensation and benefits to employees.
  • Assist with annual salary review/appraisal and bonus exercises.
  • Administer company’s monthly payroll.
  • Manage all HR administrative work, including maintaining the HRIS system, all HR records and documentation.
  • Assist to enforce company policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Min 15 yrs or working experience in HR Practices.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
  • Must be hands on, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 2 days work in office, 1 day WFH.
