Following a period of success, the organisation is looking for a visionary leader to steer the enterprise into the future, expand the business model, and generate new revenue streams and investment opportunities in real estate. A dynamic and experienced individual is sought to refocus the team, step up organisational performance, and deliver operational improvement.

Key deliverables include:

  • Collaborate with the Directors to set & execute business strategy
  • Build a high performing leadership team
  • Develop new product & service offerings
  • Leverage technology to drive organisational improvement & effectiveness
  • Enhance organisational capability
  • Provide appropriate governance, risk management, focus and regulatory compliance

We are looking for an inspiring leader, a change catalyst with a business expansion pedigree who’s willing to challenge the status quo.  Experience in property and real estate is a prerequisite. Commercially astute with excellent judgement, you should bring to the table visionary thinking and the capacity for innovation. Other sought-after qualities include drive, determination, an open and forward looking mindset and decisiveness. We want someone who can mentor others, lead strategic discussions and implement initiatives to improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Architecture, Engineering, QS or Building and Real Estate Management qualification
  • Extensive Executive-Level management experience (At least 10 years).
  • Extensive Real Estate development or marketing experience (At least 15 years).
  • Either Residential experience or Commercial development experience is required.
  • Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Relate well to team and can draw out the best in everyone.
