Luxury Property Sales Manager
(fixed salary + full employment benefits & attractive Commissions).
A well known S’pore high-end developer is hiring their own sales persons to sell exclusive their new projects launch. No external property agencies used. Their projects have always been 80-100% sold
Role:
- canvassing potential sales leads, building continuous sales pipelines and selling through various platforms and channels, networking, conducting viewings and soliciting sales.
- administer sales and legal documents.
- strong follow-up on after sales, leads, including submitting reports and work plans.
- administer show-flat operations, upkeep, logistics and inventory.
- any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements :
- Track record in selling high-end/condo/landed properties
- Sales experience with property developers is advantageous.
- Property license.
