Job Description
- Help Head Marketing & Sales to oversee sales functions and showflat operations.
- Ensure sales targets are met and all sales are completed at approved prices.
- Manage sales agencies and in-house sales team, assign leads and track updates, sales, and revenue, and consolidate monthly sales status and sales performance evaluation.
- Ensure sales processes are in accordance with Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing, and Personal Data Protection Acts.
- Ensure records of purchasers’ information, sales price and information, progress payments, and relevant documentation submitted by agencies and in-house sales managers are accurate and in order at all times.
- Ensure sales documents (Option to Purchase, side letters, etc) are in order and properly administered and documented.
- Provide guidance and sales training to sales managers.
- Conduct sales presentations and foster relationships with clients and agents locally and globally.
- Undertake monthly market comparables and organise and conduct briefings to sales agencies and in-house sales team to prepare them with versed product knowledge.
- Engage sales agencies and the in-house sales team to brainstorm and gather inputs and feedback from the ground.
- Conduct feasibility studies upon exploration for land or enbloc acquisition to derive preliminary unit mix and sizes.
- Work on weekends and public holidays (based on duty roster) due to the nature of the industry and job.
Job Requirement
- 10-15 years of direct sales experience in residential properties with good track records is advantageous.
- Experience in sales management and property sales team management is advantageous.
- Sales experience with real estate developers is advantageous.
- Proficient in sales administration and handling sales documents.
