Finance Manager
This Private Equity firm is a spin off from a US investment bank. Established more than 10yrs and managing US 3 Billions.
Responsibilities:
- Perform financial and management reporting in compliance with Singapore FRS and IFRS.
- Ensure proper accounting and review financial pack prepared by fund administrator for SG master fund and SPVs.
- Responsible for compliance and reporting of regulatory capital returns in compliance with MAS requirements.
- Manage all accounting entries, payments and expenses claims.
- Calculation of payroll, submission of CPF and IR8A.
- GST returns, withholding tax and income tax returns to IRAS.
Requirements:
- Degree with professional accounting cert (ACCA, CPA, CA)
- Knowledge of Private Equity’s reporting requirements preferred.
- Hands on as it’s currently a stand-alone role in finance dept.
- Singaporean or Singapore PR
