A Singapore based Real Estate Group with a long history of property activities in commercial management and residential development.  Currently seeking for someone to bring the property division to the next level and performing the the following key functions:

• Being the GM of the property division, you will ensure a consistent high standard of performance of all management team, demonstrate good team work, effective communication, and continuous improvement achieving positive results.
• Provides advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Executive Management Team, accountable and responsible for the overall operation and management of the firm.
• Provides strategic leadership for the organization by working with the Board of Management and other key management team members to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
• Liaise with company’s Board in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment.
• Develop, review, and report on the business development division’s strategy to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc).
• Maximizing the investment returns of the properties owned by the company.
• Studies and steps to initiate property enhancements – structuring, establishing and managing real estate investment platforms.
• Worked closely with several leading property agencies in Singapore to drive the development, constructions, sales & leasing efforts of the company’s portfolio properties.

Job Requirement 

• Minimum 20 years property experience in Singapore.

• Experience in leading property projects relating to residential developments.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
