Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the full spectrum of day-to-day people operational activities of an employee’s lifecycle, and this includes driving HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.
Being a small set up, the HR’s position is stand alone without staff.
Your main role and responsibilities :
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, employee welfare, training and development
- Manage the implementation, review and administration of compensation and benefits to employees.
- Assist with annual salary review/appraisal and bonus exercises.
- Administer company’s monthly payroll.
- Manage all HR administrative work, including maintaining the HRIS system, all HR records and documentation.
- Assist to enforce company policies and practices.
Requirements:
- Min 15 yrs or working experience in HR Practices.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
- Must be hands on, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- 2 days work in office, 1 day WFH.
