Role:
- Reporting to Group Head Marketing & Sales to execute any marketing and advertising plans for launches.
- Liaise with creative agency to prepare relevant marketing collaterals, advertisements, and online and digital material, monitor and propose suitable media platforms.
- Liaise with solicitors to prepare Option to Purchase, Sale and Purchase Agreement, side letters and administer the submission of applications relevant for sale approval is obtained.
- Ensure records of purchasers’ information, sales price and information, progress payments and relevant documentation are accurate and in order at all times.
- Manage and tracks the sales of marketing agencies. Prepare and submit monthly sales forecast and evaluation of performance.
- Ensure process and policies are in place and follow Anti Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing and Personal Data Protection Acts.
- Support the Head in various needs from Marketing and Sales Department such as feedback from the ground (buyers, sales managers, and appointed agencies).
Requirements (profile of the candidate):
- Degree with min 10yrs experience in direct Residential Property Marketing & Sales
- Proven experience in handling legal conveyancing works and sales documents is very important.
- Experience in direct Property Sales in high-end luxury properties is advantageous
